How to Remove Ads from Android apps, games and browsers
You may surprise, how these programmers afford to offer the high quality applications for free of cost? They even ask for single buck.The answer is they get the revenue from advertisements. The service provider has to serve ads to you in return for the income that is keeping them in business, and in development.
However, many of the users are facing the problems while operating apps, games due to these annoying ads. So today I will show you two different ways to disable ads appearing from apps, games or from browsers.
Setting Up Adblock Plus (Extension)
1. If you are not using Firefox as a browser on your Android yet, get it here. Run the browser on your device and go to the Adblock Plus add-on here. Add it to Firefox and Install it.
2. Restart Firefox and browse ad-free. You can set more options in Adblock Plus by going to the Menu > Adblock Plus and going through the options you can configure.

Steps you have to perform
- Using Adblock Plus (ADP)
Note: Make sure you have rooted device. If not, click here to know how to root an Android device.
1. As the application is not available on Google Play store, to able to download and install third party Android application, you have to do following steps:
- Go to Settings > Applications (or Security on 4.0 and above) on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Unknown sources option.
- If unchecked, tap the check box, and then tap OK on the confirmation popup.
2. Download and install Adblock application for Android.
Now Adblock Plus will start blocking ads. You can set more options in Adblock Plus like ads filter lists, non-intrusive ads, etc in Settings.

2. Now just copy the file on your android device and paste it in to /etc or /system/etc, now if there is already a hosts file present just rename it to hosts.bak .
3. Make sure you have administrator privileges while placing the file in directory.
4. Reboot the device.
Now your are ready to go with Ad free device!
